🌟 Important Notice: At LOBKIN, we're committed to delivering premium audio experiences. Please read this policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. This period is calculated from the date you actually receive your LOBKIN audio product.

📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Submit Request: Go to My Account → Orders → Request a Return, or email support@lobkin.com with your order number
  2. Await Approval: If approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), return address, and detailed instructions
  3. Important: Returns sent back without an RMA/approval will be refused

📦 Return Shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return postage. Please use a trackable service; COD packages aren't accepted
  • Defective/damaged items: If your LOBKIN product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos—we'll replace or refund it and provide a prepaid label

✅ Eligibility & Condition

Items must be in the same condition you received them, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging included.

🎧 Audio Products (Headphones, Earbuds, Speakers):

  • Must be unused and hygienic - in-ear products cannot be returned once used for health reasons
  • All original accessories (charging cables, cases, manuals) must be included
  • Original packaging and protective materials required

🔌 Charging Accessories & Cables:

  • Must be unused and in resalable condition
  • All original packaging must be complete

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Used in-ear headphones or earbuds (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized audio products
  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get another LOBKIN product is to place a new order after your return is approved. We don't currently offer direct exchange services.

💰 Refunds

  • Processing Time: We'll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund to your original payment method is issued within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping Policy: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a partial return drops your order below the free-shipping threshold, we may deduct the standard shipping charge from the refund
  • Bank Processing: Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at support@lobkin.com

🌏 International Returns

  • Global Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties incurred during return shipping are the customer's responsibility
  • Recommended: Use trackable international courier services
