1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 2 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Products: 3-5 business days
  • Pre-order Items: As specified on product page
  • Holiday Periods: Extended processing times may apply

Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Service

For other markets, standard DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) applies - customers responsible for local duties and taxes.

8. Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: We'll investigate and replace or refund after carrier investigation
  • Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Incorrect Address: Customer responsible for additional shipping costs
  • Refused Delivery: Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
